#38CL31 The FCA US Automobility Program offers eligible physically challenged (physically disabled) U.S. retail consumers a cash allowance applied to the retail purchase (Type 1 sale), Lease (Type Sale L), or business (Type B or Type E) or 2nd Stage Manufacturer Automobility (Type Sale 8) of adaptive driving or passenger equipment installed on a new eligible vehicle. Residents residing in qualifying regions of the United States listed in the BUSINESS CENTER BOUNDARIES section.

#39CLB This program offers a cash allowance to be applied toward the retail purchase (Type Sale 1/B) or lease (Type Sale L/E) of an eligible vehicle. Eligible consumers include: active military, active military reserve, retired military (honorably discharged), and retired military reserve (honorably discharged). Honorably discharged veterans within 12 months of discharge date, and 100% disabled veterans are eligible. Eligible branches of the military are: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard and National Guard. All eligible personnel must present qualifying documentation (as outlined in the first paragraph of Dealer Responsibility) that clearly reflects their eligibility status, to a franchised FCA Dealer in the United States at the time of retail purchase of an eligible vehicle. The vehicle sale or lease must be registered in either the name of the eligible participant or registered in the name of an immediate family member living in the same household. Spouses of deceased military members who meet the eligibility criteria above are eligible to participate. These programs are compatible with the following program types, providing the vehicle meets all program eligibility requirements: Automobility Program, National or Regional Consumer Cash Allowance/APR Programs, National or Regional Lease Programs, National or Regional Consumer Lease Cash Programs, National or Regional Consumer Lease Loyalty Cash Programs, All other Certificate Programs, FCA US Employee Advantage Program, Dealership Employee Purchase Program, FCA US Affiliate Rewards Programs. This program is not compatible with the following program types: USAA Member Certificate Program. Any vehicle sold or leased to a registered Fleet Customer, regardless of whether a Fleet Allowance or payments are available or claimed.

#38HLCD Eligible participants can purchase or lease an new FCA US vehicle at the employee price. Residents residing in qualifying regions of the United States.

#28HLG The FCA Group LLC (Chrysler) Employee Advantage - Friends Program is made available by FCA US to encourage friends, neighbors, acquaintances, and extended family members of eligible employees, retirees and surviving spouses of FCA US or a designated subsidiary/affiliate to drive new Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Fiat and Alfa Romeo vehicles. Preferred Price is printed on the factory invoice and is identified with PP Residents residing in qualifying regions of the United States. The following persons are eligible to generate control numbers under this program. All active, regular, temporarily laid off, on-roll, U.S. - based FCA US employees and any other subsidiary or affiliate company employees designated by FCA US. Retirees and surviving spouses of FCA US and any other subsidiary or affiliate designated by FCA US, receiving pension benefits under a FCA US sponsored pension plan are eligible to participate in the Program. The following persons are ineligible for this program. Supplemental workers, Independent Contractors, former employees not currently receiving deferred vested pension benefits under a FCA US sponsored pension plan, are not eligible to participate in this Program. All other individuals determined to be ineligible to participate in the program at the discretion of FCA US.

#38HL The FCA US LLC (formerly Chrysler Group) Employee Advantage Purchase/Lease Program is made available by FCA US to encourage eligible employees, retirees, and eligible family members of FCA US and its designated subsidiaries and affiliated corporations (as listed below) to drive new Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Fiat and Alfa Romeo vehicles. Eligible participants (as defined in the Customer Eligibility section) can purchase or lease up to six (6) FCA US new and unused vehicles at the employee price. The Employee Price is printed on the factory invoice and is identified with EP. Eligible participants can purchase or lease up to six (6) FCA US new and unused vehicles at the employee price. The following persons are eligible to participate in this program: Employees - all regular on-roll FCA US LLC employees and active part-time employees, active temporary employees, Service Agreement Workers. Retirees - receiving a pension from a FCA US LLC sponsored pension plan and that have been expressly permitted to participate in the program by FCA US LLC. Eligible Family Members Employees or Retirees spouse, surviving spouse, same sex domestic partner (must have affidavit on file with Benefits Express), parents, stepparents, spouses parents, sons, daughters, stepsons, stepdaughters, brothers, sisters, stepbrothers, stepsisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, half-brothers, half-sisters, grandchildren and grandparents.
